Hi, I’m Kay — founder of Sol Stretch, movement artist, flexibility coach, and lifelong student of the body. My journey began in the world of circus, where I trained and performed as a contortionist, aerialist, and acrobat. For the past 10 years, I’ve been mentored by Reyie, founder of Cirque La Vie, who has taught me everything I know about circus arts. With an extensive background in dance, certifications from Cirque du Soleil, and formal training from the New England Center for Circus Arts, Reyie’s guidance shaped not only my technical foundation, but my understanding of the body as an expressive and capable tool.
As a featured performer with Cirque La Vie, I’ve showcased death-defying balance acts and fluid, expressive movement across the country at events like Dickens on the Strand, the Tomball German Festival, Cirque Du Soleil VIP nights, Renaissance Faires, and even Super Bowl celebrations. These years of performing taught me not only the art of performance but the importance of sustainable, mindful movement.
Through Sol Stretch, I offer personalized stretching and mobility sessions that blend circus-informed body awareness with grounded, accessible practices. Whether you're looking to deepen flexibility, explore handstands and contortion skills, or simply reconnect with your body, I’m here to support you in moving with freedom, confidence, and intention.
